The Office of the Prime Minister - Social Services Delivery has a vision of Trinidad and Tobago as a society in which maximum emphasis is placed on enhancing the quality of life of all citizens, particularly the needy, thereby promoting national development. With this vision, it has formulated the following mission:

“ To protect the vulnerable and disadvantaged and promote a better quality of life for all citizens through the provision of an integrated social service delivery system.”
